Place all ingredients into a blender and process until nice and smooth. Serve immediately.
You can top this with something crunchy; I recommend homemade granola, cacao nibs or bee pollen.
*Coconut-rice milk has a slightly sweet taste and works really well with the flavours in this smoothie. But you could easily substitute in another milk, whether that’s non dairy like almond or oat milk, or a dairy milk. If the end result isn’t sweet enough for you, add 1/2 – 1 tsp honey or another liquid sweetener, but go easy!**Using a frozen banana in the smoothie gives you a thicker, creamier result. Peel a few bananas, chop into chunks and throw them in a zip lock bag in the freezer so you always have some ready!
