Chai Yoghurt Dessert Pots made with my DIY chai latte mix! Juicy fruit, creamy yoghurt (dairy or coconut), grated chocolate and chai spices. So easy, healthy and yet decadent.
4-6tbspunsweetened yoghurtcoconut or Greek yoghurt
2-3tspchai latte mixas per recipe above!
2tspmaple syrup- OPTIONAL
Instructions
Finely chop the chocolate so it resembles thin shards. (This is easiest if the chocolate is cold so cool it in the fridge. And use a large, sharp knife).
Chop the peaches into small cubes and arrange in small dessert bowls or glasses. Spoon the yoghurt on top, followed by the chocolate shards and the pomegranate seeds. Sprinkle over the chai latte mix. If desired, drizzle over a little maple syrup too.
Notes
*You can roast the fruit in the oven for these dessert pots, if you like. Oven roasted stone fruit is SO damn delicious! *Other fruit that works well in this recipe: (1) oven roasted chunks of apple or pear, (2) fresh mango, (3) fresh berries.
