avocado

almond milk

chia seeds

tbsp
cacao powder

tsp
honey
or other liquid sweetener of choice
3/4

frozen berries

ground cinnamon
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Serve immediately so it's nice and thick - I like to top mine with cacao nibs and a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds.
Notes
*
For a vegan smoothie, use maple syrup, coconut syrup, rice malt syrup or date syrup instead of honey.
