Combine all ingredients, and store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
For bircher muesli: Take half a cup of muesli, add a tablespoon of chia seeds and add around 3/4 cup of almond milk. Soak overnight in the fridge and in the morning stir through a few spoonfuls of Greek yoghurt and some grated apple or berries. Yum yum.For baked granola: Make the muesli mix without the dried fruit. Melt together 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey and 3 tbsp coconut oil, plus a dash of vanilla extract. Combine with muesli mix, spread out on a lined baking sheet and bake at 160C (320F) for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally so the edges don't burn. Allow to cool and harden then store in an airtight container.
