2sliceswholegrain bread- I used gluten free toast but any grainy bread will do
Pop bread in the toaster. While toasting, mash avocado with a pinch of salt. Dice the strawberries.
Spread toast with mashed avocado, then top with diced strawberries, crumbled feta and pumpkin seeds. Finish with another little pinch of salt. Enjoy!
*Nutrition Facts are not very accurate for this recipe, it really depends on what type of bread you are using! Avocados vary in size, too. I had to just apply a rough estimate based on the options available in the nutrition calculator.*Also try adding a little splash of balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze this toast, it's amazing!
