In case it’s not totally obvious from my recipes and my many Instagram posts, I am a huge fan of eggs; they are a staple in my kitchen and I am confident that they would rank in my top ten essential foods of ALL TIME. Simple, versatile and incredibly nutritious, eggs form the base of many a quick meal for me. And, I’m always looking for new ways to use them!
So, this month for a bit of #linklove I wanted to share with you a little compilation of some amazing recipes for egg-based dishes that I have found around the blog-o-sphere. When I was asking my fellow bloggers for their egg recipes, I was totally overwhelmed by responses, so I’ve tried to separate the ideas out in to helpful categories. Personally, my favourite category has to be the “make ahead” section; it’s one of the best things about many egg-based dishes; they set you up nicely for future healthy meals. There’s so many wonderful ways you can prepare something in advance with your eggs so you have something handy in the fridge for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner.
