This is a neat, easy-to-save / easy-to-print version of my Every Day Essentials page, where I list all of the ingredients you’ll typically find in my kitchen.
Nourish Every Day is not about any particular diet, nor does it endorse the use of heaps of “super food” powders, cleanses etc. At the core of my eating philosophy is that we should just focus on eating simple whole foods, in as close to their natural state as possible.
My Every Day Essentials, and this Healthy Grocery List, reflect that philosophy.
You can definitely amend this healthy grocery list to suit a vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, grain-free eating style. It’s not meant to be prescriptive; it’s just a list of what I usually have when my kitchen is full!

**I am a gluten-free eater, so everything on my list is gluten-free. If you’re not strictly gluten-free you can of course replace some of the GF marked items with a gluten-containing version. For example, you might purchase a nice wholegrain sourdough bread, or wholemeal pasta instead of a GF version which I’ve put on the list.
